The survey I posted a few days ago had all the usual questions--name, age, height, weight-- and then there was one that wasn't so usual: blood type. Of course, it didn't really ask for blood type; it asked for body type, but I misread it. But my mistake led me on a four-day long quest to find out what my blood type is.

I had thought it was B-, from a high school biology class lab. I figured that was incorrect, though, when I read that B- blood was pretty rare. I knew my dad was O+, but neither my mom nor my siblings knew theirs.

I had to find out.....
