Last night I had one of the oddest dreams I've ever had. (Well, at least one of the oddest that did not include somebody dying.) I was walking through the middle of a heavy rain storm that included flooding and waterspouts. I wasn't in a big hurry, and didn't seem to believe I was in any danger. Rather, the water appeared very blue and clean and I appeared to be frolicking through the downpour.

Eventually I reached a house that I recognized, in the dream, as belonging to Reimon's family. I found Rei's brother and my sister hiding from the storm, in the basement. Houses in the desert don't have basements, nor should you be hiding in them when there is a danger of flooding. So that was a bit odd. Not to mention Rei's brother and my sister are thousands of miles apart and do not know each other. [There's a bit of the dream here that I'm not including, but if you're curious, ask me about it.]

I managed to convince the two of them to come up from the basement. About that time, Rei's mother and a friend of hers came home. Rei's mom asked me to wash dishes and clean a dirty toilet. So I did. I did not enjoy it, but I was willing to do as asked.

Afterward, I amazed everyone with my telekinesis abilities. I made pages in a magazine turn with my mind-powers! And moved small objects, with much concentration, just by willing it. They kept encouraging me and I was amazed and excited that I could do it! They were very entertained by it. In the dream, it seemed as if I was unaware I had this ability until that moment.

I'm sure the dream would have continued to be ever more fanciful, but I was awakened around 130am by text message. Thanks, Jordan aka Parker!
