You may have read a few days ago about the letter I received from Krispy Kreme concerning my troubles finding the Glazed Kreme Filled doughnuts I love so much. It was with high hopes that I bounded up the stairs of the Excalibur Hotel & Casino to the food court, where the 24-hour Krispy Kreme is located. I could smell the fresh fried dough and sticky sweet glaze when I was halfway up the stairs, several hundred feet away-- my nose is very sensitive to those smells!

Upon reaching the glass display case, my heart nearly leaped out of my chest and my mouth wet in expectation. There they were: glazed kreme filled! I ordered two-- I was very full of Chinese food-- and two chocolate iced glazed for my friend Charles Anthony. The nice lady behind the counter confused my order and started putting into my bag two chocolate iced cream filled. I quickly corrected her; I would not be denied!
