Fat People Say the Darndest Things

It is true that some fat people have a legitimate medical condition that prevents them from maintaining a healthy weight. For many, it's simply a matter of too much food and too little exercise.
A report on FoxNews.com today tells of a larger-than-average lady who needed an MRI at a Kansas City hospital, only to be referred to the Kansas City Zoo medical facilities because she was too wide for the hospital MRI machines. I'm sure that situation is a bit embarrassing, but the lady had this to say about the hospital:
They should have machines that fit most everybody.
This lady is five feet tall, and weighs 275 pounds. That gives her a BMIof 53.7! That BMI has surpassed Morbidly Obese and is categorized as Super Obese. A healthy BMI is between 19 and 25. As a point of reference, for me to have an equally high BMI, I would have to weigh 365 pound.
Who, exactly, does she think most everybody includes?
